We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days or more have passed since product delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price in the form of a store credit which will automatically be applied to your Italian Colony World Wallet

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?
- Visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order
- Submit the required details in the empty fields
- Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return
- A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved
For exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. Once, we have received the request and it is approved pose review, a new exchange order is automatically placed and processed. The new order gets shipped in 2-3 working days and would take 8-10 days for it to get delivered, mostly sooner depending on the region.
Note: Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, not further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or Size mismatch. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect along with images.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
The shipping of any returns shall be handled by us, free of charge. You would just need to provide us with the order ID and reason for return (optional) via email to email@example.com
